Golden Chick SOCIAL
In March 2024, my team and I pitched and won Golden Chick’s social media business, expanding our existing partnership with the Texas-based fast food chain. We implemented a new strategy to introduce Zillennial (a combination of older Gen Z and younger Millennials) consumers to the brand with relatable, trend-driven content that promoted Golden Chick’s products in a fun, approachable way.
Instagram & Facebook
Within our first 3 months of working on the account, we were able to boost our engagement rate by 289% on Instagram and our reach on Facebook by 20% compared to the previous quarter. We focused on providing a specific mix of trend-led content, food beauty photography and candid, stylized lifestyle shots.
TikTok
Our TikTok following increased by 40% within our first 4 months of working on the account, marking a huge victory for the brand. We leaned heavily into trend-related comedy, playing with the “unhinged” style of content our audience is looking for on the platform, to capture our viewers attention.
